Femmi Women's Health Experts discuss RED-s, featuring Project RED-s Pippa Woolven

This episode is a recap of our recent RED-s (Relative Energy Deficiency Syndrome in Sport) Masterclass Series. This is our final episode in which we ask our Women's Health experts questions about RED-s from our community.

We’re joined by three brilliant women. Dr Izzy Smith, Femmi’s endocrinologist, who specialises in hormones, female physiology and women’s health. Grace Coombs, Femmi physiotherapist and run coach, who specialises in women’s health and supporting female athletes to train and perform at their best. And Pippa Woolven, former Great Britain athlete and founder of Project RED-S, who’s doing incredible work raising awareness and improving education around Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport. We are excited to be teaming up with Project RED-s to help support more women going through their own journey and hopefully prevent more women going through it themselves.
