In this episode we catch up before diving into a conversation of the role that run clubs should pay in our lives as runners. We talk about the explosion of run crews, and break down the current trend of run clubs becoming dating clubs, including the pros and cons of this.
Femmi has a training approach that is centred around female physiology and female sex hormones, but the Femmi community is open to all women. We acknowledge that not all women menstruate and not all people who menstruate are women.
We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land we live, work and run on, across New Zealand and Australia. We pay respects to elders past, present and emerging and recognise their continuing connection to land, waterways and community.
