Winning the NZ champs at 3 peaks mountain race, first place at Kepler challenge 2025, a top 10 at Tarawera 50km, and just over the weekend placed 2nd at Routeburn Classic. In this episode we explore Frances' journey from novice to winning an NZ title, her training strategies, the importance of community, and most importantly, her simple love of running.
